Equity Find will work diligently to locate your missing heirs and to provide the documentation necessary to prove their entitlement.

Our two fee arrangements are:

Contingent Fee - We attempt to locate the beneficiaries and contract with them for a percentage of their entitlement. The contingent fee is the most preferred since we are compensated only in the event of success and known heirs do not have to share in the expense of locating the missing or unknown heirs.

We will conduct a Free Preliminary Investigation to determine the likelihood of success. Generally, we are able to complete this analysis within 72 hours after receipt of the information.
